IMPORTANT NOTICE

The City of Woodstock is in the planning stages of a new recreational complex called the Woodall Baseball and Recreation Complex and is now accepting public input.

For the City to consider a curling club as part of that complex in the future we need to voice our interest NOW.  Imagine the possibility of a new facility!

BEFORE MAY 24thtake 2 minutes to send an email to Brian Connors, Director of Parks and Recreation at bconnors@city.woodstock.on.ca.   Feel free to use some of the sample wording provided for you below.

The volume of input can make a difference so we encourage you to forward this to family members and friends to support our quest.

Sample Wording:

"I'm in favour of the Woodall Baseball and Recreation Complex and want to see a 4 sheet curling pad as part of Phase 2 of the complex"

OR

"I support the development of the proposed Woodall Baseball and Recreation Complex and ask that consideration be given to including a new four sheet curling pad in this new complex."

If you have any questions about this request please contact Keith Eppenberger at: keith_eppenberger@yahoo.ca

FYI - More information about the complex development can be found here: http://www.city.woodstock.on.ca/images/stories/pdfs/public_notices/woodallcomplex-notice.pdf

Thank you for your support.

Sincerely,

Woodstock Curling Club Board of Directors
