| DIVISIONS FINALS : Semi-Finals and Finals | |
| RULES: | |
| 1. Parkes competition is open to fully paid active MALE members, who have paid the league fee. If the league | |
| does not fill and there is room, Bantam Plus teams are eligible with the permission of their coach and the | |
| board. | |
| 2.All games will be played using the FOUR ROCK, FREE GUARD ZONE rules | |
| 3.Games will consist of eight ends. Ties will not be broken in the first round or second robin play, but an extra end | |
| will be played in all playoff games. | |
| 4. Teams will use a coin toss to determine last rock in the first end and/or colour of rocks for 1st and 2nd rounds. | |
| 5. Teams must have at least three players to play a game. If a team is curling with three curlers, then the first | |
| two curlers will throw three rocks and the skip the last two rocks. For the 2nd round original members must play | |
| Vice/Skip. | |
| 6. Unlimited substitution is allowed during the first round robin play. All sparing is subject to the committee’s | |
| substitution rules. In the event that there are at least two curlers absent from a team due to an OCA | |
| competition commitment, the Parkes game may be re-scheduled on the approval from the Parkes committee. | |
| Barring unusual circumstance, no other games can be re-scheduled. | |
| 7. Late teams will be penalized after 10 minutes. The penalty will be one point and loss of hammer and choice\ | |
| of colour of rocks. Play will commence in the second end. After 20 minutes, the penalty is increased to two | |
| points. Play will commence in the third end. After 25 minutes, the game is defaulted by the late team. | |
| 8. Team rosters, including any fifth men, must be set and submitted to the committee by November 30st, 2010 | |
| All five players will be considered roster members for the purpose of the Playoffs. | |
| PLAYOFF RULES:
Second round will be in 2 divisions A,B. There will be 1 round robin playoff. Top 7 teams will make A |
|
| Division and the remaining other 7 will be in B division. | |
| The top 4 teams in each division will make up the Playoff finals with a semi final game. | |
| The winners of those games go to the Finals. | |
| 1. Teams must have at least three curlers to play a game. If a team is curling with three curlers, | |

| skipped by a rostered member, and he must skip and throw last rocks. Teams must have at least two | |
| rostered members for all playoff games and other substitutions are as per rules above. | |
| 2. All playoff games are to be eight ends, FOUR ROCK, FREE GUARD ZONE rules, and ties will | |
| be broken by playing an extra end. | |
| 3. Last rock or choice of colour for the playoffs will be determined first by the yearly accumulated | |
| points, then by head to head record and then by coin toss. | |
| Points: 1st round---15 pts for Win, 10 pts for tie, 5pts for loss. 0 for Default. | |
| 2nd round--- 30 pts for Win, 20 pts for tie, 10pts for loss, 0 for Defaut | |
| Record your wins or losses for all scheduled games. Playoff positions will be | |
| wins/losses with ties broken by Points then Head to Head position. 2nd Round by Points ( total pts) | |
| then Head to Head then coin toss or cards. Final Playoff position will be broken with a tie breaker game | |
